CONSTITUTION

as amended at a special general meeting November 21, 2023

Name

1 The name of the band is the Westshore Community Concert Band.

Purpose

2 The purposes of the band are

1. to advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by providing musical performances in public places such as churches, community centres and educational institu-tions in the Greater Victoria area, and
2. to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above chari-table purpose.
