CONSTITUTION

as amended at a special general meeting November 21, 2023

Name

1 The name of the band is the Westshore Community Concert Band.

Purpose

2 The purposes of the band are

1. to advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by providing musical performances in public places such as churches, community centres and educational institutions in the Greater Victoria area, and
2. to undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose.
